Grown on the slopes of Kilimanjaro, this coffee is an organic coffee that is intense and complex, with a juicy body, syrupy sweetness and notes of blackberry, caramel and grapefruit. Great at all roast levels, with a darker roast increasing the intensity!

Roast Level:

City — Very light roast. Beans are a yellowish brown. City+ — Light roast. Beans are light brown. Full City — Medium roast. Beans are a medium chocolate brown. Full City+ — Darker roast. Beans are darker brown. Some oil on surface. Vienna — Very dark roast. Beans are a very dark brown and very oily. French — Almost black roast. Some call this the “ashtray” roast!

Grind Type:

Whole Bean Coarse Grind (Consistency of chunky sea salt. Ideal for French Press.) Medium Coarse Grind (Look like sand. Ideal for Chemex coffee.) Medium Grind (Classic ‘dump in the basket’ size. Ideal for drip coffee.) Medium Fine Grind (Ideal for pour overs and siphon coffees.) Fine Grind (Ideal for espresso.)
